COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF YOUR DATA

The protection of your personal data is top priority for Naturhelix Kft and its partners. The collection and processing of necessary identifiable personal data while using our website meet the Hungarian data protection regulations in force (Act CXII. 2011).

You can visit our site without disclosing any personal data. We store only the technical access data (name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us or the name of the requested file) without any personal references. This technical data is used only to improve our service and doesn’t allow the identification of the user.

Personal data is only collected via the creation of the customer profile (you need to give some of your personal data for the customer registration) or via the registration for our newsletter. Sign up for the newsletter is not associated with the registration of a customer profile in Naturhelix® webshop. Newsletter can always be ordered or cancelled.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The shipping company does not stores personal data, just for the time of the delivery of the ordered goods. For effecting payments your payment data will be managed by the responsible financial agency or bank.

Credit ratings and scoring is not managed by Naturhelix® Webshop.

Of course you can object to the transfer of your data at any time.

With the registration for our newsletter, you accept that your e-mail address will be used for advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

USE OF FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS

Our website uses the social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").
